Zinc bisglycinate (Albion Laboratories, Inc.) is a chelated form consisting of zinc and two glycine molecules. Glycine is widely distributed amino acid in the body. The formed complex gives zinc a neutral charge and a stable structure, which helps the entire compound to absorb better. It also provides better bioavailability compared to other zinc compounds used in food supplements (1), because common absorption inhibitors such as dietary polyphenols and phytates are no longer interfering with the absorption of non-ionized zinc. Thanks to good absorption and bioavailability, zinc bisglycinate also has fewer side effects (2).

Zinc Zinc supports the immune system and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Zinc also contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids, and macronutrients, as well as protein and DNA synthesis. In addition, zinc helps to keep bones, hair, nails, skin, and vision normal and contributes to the normal cognitive function. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and helps to maintain blood testosterone levels. (3)

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. In addition, it has a positive effect on the skin, as it contributes to the normal formation of collagen. (3) Together, zinc and vitamin C shorten the duration of cold symptoms (4).

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) sprouts are rich in vitamins such as C, K, A and folic acid, and minerals such as iron and calcium (5). Broccoli also contains sulforaphane, a natural plant compound that has been linked to a number of health benefits, such as improving digestion (6) and reducing inflammation (7).

3 reviews for Tsink (20 mg) C-vitamiini ja brokoliga

  1. Aivar

Kasutan C-vitamiiniga koos ja olen olnud juba mitu aastat terve

  2. Pille

Minu jaoks sama oluline nagu D3 vitamiin, sest olen saanud sellest mitmeid kasutegureid. Nahk ja küüned on tervemad

  3. Saskia (verified owner)

Hakkasin küüntel olevate laikude ja küünte murdumise pärast võtma. Tsink töötas väga hästi ja küüned niipalju tervemad.
