Terms of Sale
The owner of the online store NutriDream.ee (hereinafter: online store) is Nutridream OÜ, registry code 16059449, location Leetsi 3, Tõrvandi, Kambja parish, 61715 Tartumaa.
Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
Terms of Sale are valid when purchasing from this online store
The prices of the products in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes the fee for
delivery of the goods.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount that can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution is then displayed on the screen.
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the online store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible. The paid amount (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded no later than 14 days after sending the notice.
The goods are delivered to every part of Estonia and other countries in the world.
The costs of delivery of the goods shall be borne by the buyer. Price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Generally, the goods will reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-7 working days from from the entry into the contract of sale. The goods will be delivered outside Estonia within 7–21 working days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
Goods with open packaging, used or damaged (incl. Damaged packaging) cannot be returned. Exceptions are situations where the packaging has been damaged during transport and upon receipt of the goods by courier or post office a corresponding note has been made on the delivery note or upon receipt of the goods arriving at the parcel machine, the online store is immediately notified of the receipt of the damaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
The 14-day right of return can only be exercised if the ordered goods have only been tested in the same way as in a physical store to verify the characteristics and operation of the goods.
Other uses are prohibited.
To return the goods, you must fill out a application of withdrawal and send it to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the returned item does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a defective or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Once the online store has received the returned goods, it will return all fees received under the contract to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof that he has delivered the goods.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method that differs from the cheapest regular delivery method of the online store, the online store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost associated with the normal delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if, due to an error, the price of the goods indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price.
Right to lodge a claim
If the product does not meet the requirements, the buyer has the right to demand that the product be replaced with a compliant product. If the consignment is sold out by then, we will refund the money. Shipping costs incurred when exchanging goods are borne by the online store.
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within one month at the latest, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling +372 5343 9559.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the online store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering his / her e-mail address on the website and announcing the wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can withdraw offers and newsletters sent by e-mail at any time by notifying the online store by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Settlement of disputes
If the buyer has complaints about the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or call +372 5343 9559.
If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute arising from the contract by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be consulted and an application submitted siin. Ostja kaebuse läbivaatamine komisjonis on tasuta.
