Glucosamine is a natural compound that is also found in the human body. Glucosamine is important for articular cartilage and promotes sulfur binding in the synthesis of chondroitin sulfuric acid. Chondroitin is a component of articular cartilage that not only promotes the synthesis of synovial fluid, but also prevents cartilage damage. Therefore, both glucosamine and chondroitin contribute to the normal functioning of joints and cartilage. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural sulfur compound involved in cartilage formation and collagen production. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract helps maintain joint mobility and helps prevent morning stiffness of joints. In addition, it increases energy and is useful for fatigue. Silicon and collagen are important components in cartilage, tendons and joints.
