Directions for use (healthy adults)
For body:
- Add approximately 250 g of salt to warm bath water (37–38 °C). For a more intensive treatment, you may increase the amount up to 700 g.
- Soak for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse your skin with lukewarm water to remove any salt residue.
- Recommended for use 2–3 times per week.
For feet:
- Add 50–100 g of salt to 5 liters of warm water (38–40 °C).
- Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.
